BTW the video of helen getting bumped is called capitol colors and its at the end for those who have no idea what we are bickering about. and post with your main I saw the video already . Btw, someone mentioned The Estabelishment with these guys... man don't even go that way, The Estabelishment are from another league.. way way better than snowy. Really Dictors work in lowsec? Then why do interdiction sphere launchers have a stat called allow in empire -1 (its something like that) Provide pics and I'll believe you.
